How do I order from Lesley B. Jewellery?
Pieces may be ordered directly through the website using the "Add to Cart" buttons found alongside each item's details. All on-line payments will be handled by Paypal. Alternatively, please feel free to get in touch with me using the details on my contact page and upon receipt of your order I will generate a Paypal invoice. A Paypal account is not required for either of these payment options. I can also accept credit/debit card payments over the phone if preferred.
Do you accept private commissions?
Yes, absolutely. In the past I have designed unique pieces specifically for special occasions such as birthdays and weddings. Please get in touch using the details on my contact page to discuss your requirements.
When will I receive my jewellery?
Lesley B. Jewellery will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 4 weeks of receipt. Under normal circumstances, this provides adequate time in which to order essential materials, produce the items and have each hallmarked as required. However, this estimate is meant as a guide only. Demand fluctuations may result is longer waiting times. Please feel free to contact me in advance of ordering for an accurate delivery estimate. Please also contact me if items are required sooner and I will endeavour to meet your requirements.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Care instructions will be sent with every order.
Sterling silver is easy to care for if you follow a few simple steps. Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly. Don’t worry; this is a normal process that is caused by oxidisation, moisture from air and sunshine. To keep tarnish to a minimum it is advised that you store your pieces in a cool dry place when not wearing them. Clean using a soft 100% cotton or flannel cloth.
Care should be taken with freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones. Do not use any cleaning products and do not immerse in water. Use only a soft cloth to clean.
